This method is not really importing. It is creating a PIPE delimited text file
that matches the 1099 Express source record format. This method is for
programmers. When the pipe delimited file is created is can be opened with the File/Open Menu to
access the records or,

To see some actual source records, open a file from c:\E200X\Samples folder. When the file is open into the 1099 Express grid, right click on the grid, then click View Source.
The records must be created to exactly match the 1099 Express record formats shown below. This method is more powerful, and avoids Excel.
