1042-S Express is the go-to program to report amounts paid to foreign persons (including those presumed to be foreign) by a U.S. based institution or business.

A 1042-S form (Foreign Person's U.S. Source Income Subject to Withholding) is used to report income paid to a non-resident regardless of whether the payment is taxable.

• Our 1042-S software is fully compatible with all versions of Windows and allows the user to import excel spreadsheets by copying and pasting information from Excel

• The 1042-S Express software can support unlimited filing entities and records - no additional purchases are required. A User can file as many records in one file as needed.
  Please Note: the IRS does have a limit of 100,000 records per file. If 1099 Express e-Files on behalf of the Issuer, our e-Filing Team can split larger files up accordingly.


• All 1042-S Express customers can utilize the "Service Bureau" to print, mail and e-File on the Issuer's behalf for a fee. For more information on utilizing the 'Service Bureau',
