Printing 1099 Forms
** The Threshold For Required Electronic Filing Is Now 10 Forms! **
The IRS issued final regulations amending the rules for filing returns and other documents electronically (e-File). Effective Feb 21, 2023, the regulations reduce the required e-file threshold from 250 to 10!
Previously, the 250-return threshold was applied individually to each type of return.
However, filing requirements now mandate the aggregation of nearly all information returns.
